(RFP) INSURANCE COVERAGES RFP #002-09
The Tampa Port Authority (TPA) is soliciting responses from all licensed Florida State General Insurance Agents/Brokers to renew their existing Property; Commercial General and Marine Liability; Public Officials Liability Insurance; and Maritime Employers Liability coverages for the TPA's Insurance Coverage RFP 002-09.
RFP submittals will be received up to and until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at its office at 1101 Channelside Drive, 4th Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602.
Responses to the RFP will be opened the same day and time. Interested firms must submit one (1) original and six (6) copies of the response to the TPA office by the date listed. Pursuant to Florida State Statutes, Chapter 287, The City of Miramar will receive sealed proposals to the attention of the office of the City Clerk, 2300 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Fl. 33025 until 2:00 PM. TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2008
FOR: GROUP HEALTH PLANS
The City of Miramar invites qualified proposers to submit proposals, statements of qualifications and experience to enter into an agreement with the City of Miramar for GROUP HEALTH PLANS INCLUDING RE-INSURANCE AND THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATION on a fully insured or self-funded basis.
Proposers shall submit ONE MARKED ORIGINAL AND SIX PHOTOCOPIES for a total of SEVEN COMPLETE PROPOSAL PACKAGES, which provides the required information. The ORIGINAL should be unbound, each photocopy shall be bound in a 3-ring binder. The City has selected Lloyd F. Rhode's of the Rhodes Insurance Group to act as their exclusive Broker/Consultant in reference to this request. No broker or agent participation is required.
