INSURANCE BIDS

M.S.A.D. #61 is seeking bids for liability, property, auto and workman's compensation insurances through a two-part bid process. Interested parties should request a copy of a Prequalification Questionnaire from: Superintendent of Schools, M.S.A.D. #61, 900 Portland Road, Bridgton, ME 04009, (207) 647-3048 ext. 525. The Prequalification Questionnaire must be completed and returned no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, February 11th, 2011 to: M.S.A.D. #61, 900 Portland Road, Bridgton, ME 04009. Envelopes should be clearly marked "Insurance Bid".

IMPORTANT Bidders may not contact companies/markets until given permission to do so by the school. Failure to comply with this restriction will automatically disqualify the bidder. The final insurance award will be made no later than July 1, 2011. M.S.A.D. #61 reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals. #4209252
