The City of New Bedford, through the Auditor's Dept, in conjunction with the
Purchasing Department, acting as the Awarding Authority, is soliciting bids from
qualified bidders for the provision of:

Group Life and Accidental Dismemberment Insurance to City Employees

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Department, in conjunction with
the Auditor's Department in Room 208, City Hall, 133 Williams Street, New Bedford,
Massachusetts, 02740, during business hours, until the bid opening date and time
of Tuesday, February 22, 2011, 2:00 p.m. This will not be a public opening

Bidding Documents may be obtained and/or examined on Monday, January 17, 2011, in
the office of the Purchasing Department, 133 William Street, Room 208, New Bedford,
MA 02740, Monday thru Thursday, 8:30 – 4:00 p.m. Friday, 8:30 to 12:00 noon.

A pre bid conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 8, 2011 @ 10:00 a.m. New
Bedford City Hall 133 William Street, New Bedford, MA, Room 314.

The Bidder must furnish a Non-Collusion Form and Statement of Taxes, with their
bid.
