The City of Waco will receive sealed requests for bids and/or proposals in the Office of Purchasing Services at the Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, Texas until the closing time and date shown below. Specifications and bid/proposal forms are available at the purchasing office or by calling 254/750-8060 during business hours 8-12 and 1-5 Monday through Friday. The City expressly reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or modify any bid or proposal.

Proposals for RFP #2011-025, Excess Worker's Compensation Insurance, will be accepted until 2:00 PM, February 10, 2011. Deadline for Insurance Applications to be received by the Risk Manager is 5:00 PM, February 3, 2011. Buyer contact is Kelly Holecek at 254-750-8433.
