REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

No. 09-IB(FIN)/HV INSURANCE BROKER

The Health Care District of Palm Beach County, Florida (hereinafter, the District), is seeking proposals from qualified firms licensed in the State of Florida for the purpose of providing Property and Casualty Insurance Brokerage services.

The District shall select a qualified insurance brokerage firm based on consideration of cost, professional qualifications, and relevant experience. The District is not authorizing any broker to obtain market quotes on its behalf for this RFP process.

Submit properly identified and sealed proposals to the Purchasing Department of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, 324 Datura Street, Suite 401, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401-5432 until, but no later than, Monday, January 26, 2009 at 2:00 PM (local).
