The City of Donna will receive proposals for its

employees' group major medical and group term life plan

until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 21, 2009.

Interested vendors may pick up proposal information starting Wednesday, January 14, 2008 from Martha Alvarado, City Secretary, at 307 S. 12th Street, Donna, Texas 78537; phone: (956) 464-3314.

The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities as well as the right to evaluate the proposals in the manner, which determines the acceptance of the best overall proposal.
