INSURANCE BROKER SERVICES

The North Texas Tollway Authority invites written proposals from highly qualified Insurance Broker Firms and Risk Pools that deal direct or with a broker.

Proposals must be received at the North Texas Tollway Authority, Gleneagles office located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75093, not later than September 29, 2008 at 4:00 PM.

Specifications are available at the North Texas Tollway Authority, Gleneagles Office located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75093 weekdays from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, beginning Wednesday, September 3, 2008. Proposers are encouraged to obtain specifications at their earliest possible convenience, so that sufficient time is available to create a comprehensive proposal. There will be one mandatory pre-proposal meeting on September 12, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the NTTA offices located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75093. All interested proposers must attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Proposals for this project will be accepted only from those firms in attendance at this meeting
