REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Palm Springs, Florida, at the Village Clerk's office, Village Hall, Palm Springs, Florida, until: Time: 2:00 P.M. Date: AUGUST 12, 2008 at which time they will be opened and recorded. Such proposals to provide for the furnishing of: PROPERTY/CASUALTY/ WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE COVERAGE

The resulting contract shall be awarded to the responsible Proposer that best meets the needs of the Village of Palm Springs, taking into consideration, among other things, proposal amount, the financial responsibility of the Proposer, proven skill and experience, abilities to timely perform the contract, previous satisfactory performance and such other abilities of the Proposer that the Village in its sole discretion determines will enable it to perform effectively and efficiently the contract being proposal upon.

The envelope containing the proposal shall be marked as follows: SEALED PROPOSAL - No. 2008R-001 PROPOSERS'S NAME: TO BE OPENED 2:00 P.M. AUGUST 12, 2008

No PROPOSER may withdraw his or her proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after submission by the date set for the opening thereof. The Village of Palm Springs reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and/or make awards either as individual items or as a total combined proposal, whichever it considers in the best interest of the Village, and to waive any informalities in any proposal.
