Sealed RFPs will be received by PROCUREMENT SERVICES, City of Boynton Beach, 100 E. Boynton Beach Boulevard, or mail to P.O. Box 310, Boynton Beach, Florida 33425-0310. All RFPs are due on: AUGUST 14, 2008, NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME).

SCOPE OF RFP: The City of Boynton Beach is soliciting proposals from carriers for (1) group basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance (AD&D), group Optional life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance (AD&D), group dependant life insurance, and (2) group long term disability insurance (LTD).

RFP documents may be examined in Procurement Services, City of Boynton Beach, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or you may download the documents from www.demandstar.com. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all RFPs and to waive any informalities in the RFPs, if such waiver is deemed beneficial to the City of Boynton Beach.
