RFP for Group Medical Insurance

NOTICE TO BID
The Brevard County Clerk is soliciting proposals from firms to provide:
GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE 

Insurance companies and others who wish to submit proposals may obtain a copy of a Request for Proposals from the Clerk by contacting Ms. Renee McGrory, Assistant Personnel Director for the Clerk, at Renee.McGrory@brevardclerk.us

The Clerk will conduct a pre-proposal conference at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 23, 2008 in the the Clerk's Conference Room at 400 South Street, Titusville.

Proposal responses are due no later than 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2008.

The Clerk and its representatives reserve the right to waive formalities or informalities in proposals, to reject, with or without cause, any or all proposals or portions of proposals and/or interview or not interview individual proposals, or to accept any proposal(s) or portions of proposals deemed to be in the best interest(s) of the Clerk. The Clerk's decision on which firms are selected will be final
