Completed Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the RFQ title, RFQ number, Proposal's name and return address, to: the Office of the Town Clerk, Jupiter Town Hall, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458.

Proposals must be received and time stamped by the Town Clerk no later than 2:00 pm (EST) Friday, August 15, 2008. A public opening will take place at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Council Chambers for:

including necessary appurtenances and all in accordance with the contract documents. The nature and scope of this project is to: The Town is inviting the submission of Proposals from professional firms to assist the Town in evaluating contracts with various group insurance providers to negotiate rates, the types and quality of benefits and services, reduced cycle time for selection of benefit provider with group insurance carriers at a reduced cost to the Town.

Specifications will be available on July 15, 2008 and may be examined and purchased at www.demandstar.com.

Specifications can be downloaded for free by calling 1-800-711-1712 and signing up for a free agency subscription for Town of Jupiter. Hard copies of plans and specification may also be purchased from DemandStar by calling 1-800-711-1712 or visiting www.demandstar.com.

Payment for plans and specifications is non-refundable. All bidders must be a plan holder of record with Demandstar. Questions concerning the bid shall be directed to Darrell Remole, Risk Manager in writing (fax: 561-748-3081), in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Sealed bids shall be submitted on the Bid/Proposal Form in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids may be modified or withdrawn in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Bids shall remain open for a period of 90 calendar days after the date set for opening. The Town of Jupiter reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
