RFP for Workers Comp Insurance and Liability Insurance

NO. 2841348 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
For Provision of Insurance Services Town of Palm Beach Shores

The Town of Palm Beach Shores desires to engage the services of an individual or business entity to provide two types of insurance coverage for the Town and its employees:

worker's compensation coverage and general liability coverage.

Proposals may be submitted for any one or more of the above referenced insurance coverage requests; however, the ability to provide both of the above listed types of coverage will be an added consideration when the Town reviews the submitted proposals.

Anyone desiring to provide the aforementioned services for the Town of Palm Beach Shores must submit a proposal to the Town Hall, 247 Edwards Lane, Palm Beach Shores, Florida 33404. The deadline for formal submittal will be 12:00 noon, Monday, July 11, 2008, at which time all proposals will be opened at Town Hall.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/ or all proposals and to select s!
