Director of Purchasing, will be received in the Purchasing Department at 350 Keller Parkway,
Keller, Texas 76248 until:
2:00 P.M., JUNE 5, 2008 FOR:

Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline for receiving the
proposals at 350 Keller Parkway.

Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or by mail,
shall be disqualified.

Proposals may be submitted on any/or all items unless stated otherwise. The District reserves
the right to reject any/all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to
the Keller Independent School District and to waive any formalities in the proposal process.
