PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE SERVICE BROKER and
THIRD PARTY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR
RFP No. 2008-48

The purpose of the RFP No. 2008-48 is to contract with a qualified property & casualty insurance service broker to provide the City of Delray Beach with insurance brokerage services, and then to market and place the insurance coverage of the City. In addition,

broker will submit a maximum of two subcontractor bid proposals for a third party claims administrator to assume the related claims administration for the City, and to transition the claims administration and loss data services from the incumbent.

Sealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the office of the Purchasing Officer, City Hall, 100 NW 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida, 33444, until 3:00 P.M. on Monday, July 28, 2008 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work performed shall be in accordance with the RFP Documents pertaining there- to, which may be examined at the office of the Purchasing Officer, City Hall, 100 NW 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida, 33444.

Copies of this RFP may be obtained from www. Any RFP bid submission received after time and date specified will not be considered. Contracts will be awarded for all work outlined above and described in the RFP. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the day set for the opening of bids. The City of Delray Beach, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, to re- advertise and to award the Contract in its best interest.
