The City of Plainfield has awarded a professional services contract without competitive bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) of the Local Public Contracts Law.

This contract, when drawn, and the resolution authorizing it will be available for public inspection at the office of the Municipal Clerk.

SERVICES: DEFENSE OF SELF-INSURANCE WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS AND EMPLOYMENT MATTERS.

TIME PERIOD: EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2005 FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR.

COST: NOT TO EXCEED $20,000.00.
