RFP for Third Party Administrator

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Navajo Nation Insurance Commission is requesting proposals for a Third Party Administrator to help the administration of their self-insured employee benefit plan in compliance with procurement requirements mandated by the Navajo Nation. The proposal submitted should respond only to the administration of the medical, prescription drug plan, short term disability, dental, and vision programs.

You may quote any portion of the plan; however, it is unlikely that the Navajo Nation will place the plan with more than one carrier/vendor. We are requesting that the plan be self-funded and that you quote the plan benefits as included in the specifications and not deviate from them. The proposal specifications are available upon request at the Navajo Nation Employee Benefits Office, Administration Building #1, Window Rock, Arizona.

All proposals must follow the proposal specifications. Submissions of sealed proposals are due September 23rd, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. (MST) Proposals must be submitted to:
